Join the Go Podders’ First UK Rally – May 2026!
Explore the beautiful Isle of Wight and the New Forest on this 7-night rally based at two scenic Caravan and Motorhome Club sites. The adventure begins on Tuesday 12 May 2026 and includes comfortable pitches, a welcome meal, a fascinating excursion, and return ferry crossing.
This rally is led by experienced and knowledgeable Go-Pod owner Paul Johnson, who has travelled thousands of miles in his Go-Pod across Europe as an Alan Rogers Travel Guides Site Assessor.
The ferry inclusive package price is based on:
- All Campsite fees including tourist tax.
- Excursions
- A return ferry crossing with Wightlink or Red Funnel.
To book we require a completed booking form and a deposit of £160.

Southland Caravan and Motorhome Club Site
Sandown, Isle of WightSet in peaceful countryside in the Arreton Valley, this award-winning site offers 151 spacious, level pitches bordered by mature trees and hedges. Facilities include 10/16A electric hook-up and a nature area with valley views.
The site is well placed for exploring the Isle of Wight, just 3 miles from the seaside towns of Sandown and Shanklin. Local highlights include the charming village of Newchurch (a short walk away), craft shops, and the annual Garlic Festival in nearby Arreton. Excellent bus links make getting around the island easy.
Excursions:

Thursday 14 May, Day trip to Osborne House
Osborne House, located on the Isle of Wight, is a former royal residence of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, it offers visitors a glimpse into royal life with its historic rooms and stunning views of the Solent.

Black Knowl Caravan and Motorhome Club Site
Brockenhurst, New Forest, HampshireTucked in the heart of the New Forest National Park, this open, spacious site offers direct access to woodland trails and ponies roaming free. All pitches are level and come with 16A electric hook-up, ideal for a peaceful nature escape.
Just a short walk from Brockenhurst village with shops, pubs and a mainline train station. It’s the perfect base for cycling, walking or exploring nearby towns like Lyndhurst and Lymington. A true countryside retreat with modern comforts.

The prices bellow include all campsite fees and return ferry crossing travelling with either Red Funnel or Wightlink. Travel with Red Funnel Southampton – East Cowes: Tuesday 12 May, departure 12:00pm, arrival 13:00pm.
Travel with Wightlink Lymington – Yarmouth: Tuesday 12 May, departure 11:00am, arrival 11:40am.
