Join the Adria Owners club on an adventure to Slovenia and Croatia, starting with 4 nights in Lake Bled with an excursion to the enchanting city of Ljubljana finishing with a wine tasting a selection of Slovenian wines and a visit to the Adria Mobil Factory for a tour followed by more wine tasting in the mountains.
Next you cross the border into Croatia for a 3 night stay on the outskirts of the capital before making your way to the wonderful rugged Dalmatian Coast line. During your stay in this area you will visit 2 UNESCO towns, and the impressive Krka National Park made up of awe inspiring waterfalls and one of Croatia's biggest attractions.
Next you will make your way north east for 3 nights in a lovely campsite on the edge of the Plitvice National Park, the oldest and largest park in Croatia covering almost 30,000 hectares.
Lastly you travel further north to the region of Istria where you stay for a further 4 nights and discover the historic city of Pula including a visit to the magnificent roman amphitheatre, the only amphitheatre to have 4 side towers completely preserved.

Itinerary

Set at the foot of the Alpine mountains Lake Bled, with direct access to the lakefront. This site has wonderful views across the lake, over to the famous island.
5 September: Welcome drink and evening meal
On arrival, get to know your fellow ralliers over a welcome drink and a three course evening meal in the campsite restaurant. Dogs are welcome in the restaurant.
6 September: Day Excursion to Ljubljana, ending with wine tasting in Bled.
Ljubljana is one of the smaller medieval European cities, squeezed between the castles’ hill and the river. From Camping Bled you will journey into Ljubljana by coach with an English speaking guide, taking in the highlights (to name a few) of Park Tivoli-Serbian-King Church, Roman walls, President’s palace, Parliament square.
You will then continue the tour on foot by walking through the old part of town where you will see several attractions including Ljubljana River and the old harbour building, Shoemaker bridge, the Cathedral and Town Hall, the Open-Air market and Three Bridges on Preseren Square.
At midday you will bid your guide farewell you will have free time for shopping and refreshment before re-joining the coach at 15.00 for the return to Lake Bled.
On your arrival at Lake Bled, you will be dropped at the Restaurant Murka for a spot of wine tasting. Here you will have the opportunity to sample 7 boutique Slovenian wines paired with some delicious appetizers under the guidance of an experienced sommelier.
Following your wine tasting, you will then make your way to the campsite via the local tourist train.
Dog Owners. Although dogs are not permitted on the excursion, they are allowed in Restaurant Murka for the wine tasting event. Just make your way to the wine tasting via the tourist train and meet the group at 16.00 hrs for the last part of the day. You will then return to the campsite on the tourist train under the group ticket. (Note: you will be asked to purchase a ticket on the train for the journey into Bled, but not on the return).
7 September: Free day to explore
Today you can enjoy a free day at Lake Bled. Why not hire a pletna boat to Bled Island and climb the steps to the picturesque church of St Marys, its takes around 30 minutes to explore the small island.
8 September - Excursion to the Adria Factory followed by more wine tasting
Today you have an early departure by coach as you make your way to the Adria Mobil factory, the heart of Adria motorhomes since 1965. Following a tour and a spot of lunch, you will travel to the Vineyards in the heart of Dolenjsk where you will sample some delicious wine and tasty delicacies from the region. Please note there is a 600m uphill walk at the vineyard from the coach park

- 09 Sept - 12 Sept: Camp Zagreb (3 nights)

9 September: Travel to Camp Zagreb and evening meal
Today you will drive 184 km over the border into Croatia and onwards to Camp Zagreb. This campsite is perfectly located on the outskirts of the fascinating capital city. You will find its well laid out and well-maintained and located next to a lake offering beautiful views.
After you have settled in, join the group for an evening meal in the campsite restaurant overlooking the lake. Dogs are welcome in the restaurant.
10 September: Day excursion to Zagreb
Meet your guide and coach and journey into the city of Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, where you will experience a guided tour including the gothic cathedral, colourful St Mark’s church followed by plenty of free time to take in the sights at your own pace.
Unfortunately dogs are not permitted on this excursion.
11 September: Free day
- 12 Sept - 13 Sept: Camp Korana (1 nights)

Today you will drive 132km to campsite Korana, an overnight stop to break the journey to Trogir. A perfect place to recharge your batteries with the opportunity to have a good meal in the campsite’s restaurant.
You will revisit this area with an opportunity to explore the National park later in the itinerary.
- 13 Sept - 16 Sept: Amadria Park, Trogir (4 nights)

13 September: Travel to Amadria Park
Today you have a longer drive of 244 km to the Dalmatian Coastline and the small town of Trogir.
This lovely 4* campsite is located in the small village of Segret Vranjica, just around the corner from the historic and beautiful town of Trogir. Relax by the pool and take in the picturesque vistas or wander down to the pebble beach and swim in the crystal clear waters. Note that many of the coastal campsites in this area have terraced pitches, and there is a climb back up from the beach. The pitches may be spread out due to the terrain.
14 September: Free day
Free day to explore the historic town of Trogir, also a designated UNESCO World heritage site. Enter the old town through the old town gate and either wile away an afternoon in one of the coffee shops in the main town square or for the more energetic, discover the panoramic view at the top of the St Lawrence cathedral. To access Trogir, you will find a bus stop just down from the campsite entrance that will take you to the town (approximately a 15 minute walk to the bus), or take the boat from the campsite for approximately 7 euros per person (the walk to the sea involves steps and a hill)
15 September: Day trip to Omis including a boat trip and lunch at the Radmonove Mlince
Today you have another early start at 9 and journey to the old town of Omis for a guided tour. Following the tour, you will be welcomed aboard the boat for a gentle cruise along the magnificent Cetina River to the Radmanove Mlinice.
Enjoy a leisurely lunch and followed by a relaxing walk or swim before you re-join the coach and return to the campsite.

16 September: Day trip to Split
Today you will depart the campsite at 9am and travel with your guide to the historic town of Split, otherwise known as ‘The most beautiful city on the Mediterranean’. Visit the morning market and wander through the charming streets taking in the stunning roman architecture. Depart split at 3pm and return to the campsite.

- 17 Sept - 20 Sept: Zaton Holiday Resort (3 nights)

17 September: Travel to Zadar
Travel the short distance, just 150 km from Trogir to the small town of Nin and spend the next 3 nights at the Zaton Holiday resort. The campsite is very large and spread around a beautiful bay, dotted with pine trees offering plenty of shade. At Zaton you will also find swimming pools a private beach area (including a small dog beach) however there will be a limited number of restaurants and bars open due to the low season . A 30 minute walk takes you into the ancient town of Nin where you can find plenty of restaurants, unfortunately there is not a bus service, to Nin but you can book a local taxi if you don't fancy the walk.
18 September: Krka National Park
Following a leisurely start to the day, you will meet your guide and coach late morning for an excursion to the Krka National Park where you will wander through the winding trails and discover the impressive, multi- tiered waterfall of Skrandinski Buk. Finish with a light meal in a traditional Konoba in the small town of Skradin before returning to the campsite.

19 September: Free day
Why not spend the day relaxing in the campsite, or maybe venture into the city of Zadar which can be reached by bus (50 minute journey) from the town of Nin.
- 20 Sept - 23 Sept: Plitvice Holiday Resort (3 nights)

20 September: Travel to Plitvice Holiday Resort
Today you travel 154km back up into the mountains and to the lovely Plitvice Holiday Resort in Rakovica. The campsite is located about 8km from the national park and surrounded by tall pine trees and beautiful Croatian countryside. On your first night you can enjoy a delicious evening meal in the campsite restaurant with your fellow ralliers, dogs are welcome in the restaurant.
21 September: Plitvice National Park
Today we have an early start from the campsite as you take the 10 minute journey to the Plitvice National Park. Enjoy free time during the morning where you can explore the lower lakes at your own pace, including the stunning waterfalls, followed by a spot of lunch (excluded) . Next you will meet your experinced tour guide at 1pm who will accompany you on a short boat ride across the Kozjak Lake to the Upper Lakes. Take in the breath taking scenery and natural landscapes of the national park, finishing with a panoramic train ride returning to entrance 1, where you will meet your coach for the return journey.
For dog owners, it's possible to participate on this excursion with your dog and travel to the National Park in a dog friendly taxi. The price for two people and two dogs from the Plitvice Holiday Resort to the National Park and back is €50. Please let us know if you would like us to arrange this for you.
22 September: Coffee and cakeMeet at 3pm for an afternoon snack of local strudel and Coffee on the restaurant terrace.
- 23 Sept - 27 Sept: Camping Port Sole (4 nights)

23 September: Travel to Vrsar
Today you have your last long drive of 257 km to your final destination, Maistra Camping Porto Sole, located just a 5 minute stroll to the small fishing town of Vrsar. Spend the afternoon settling in and relaxing after your long drive. The pitches are likely to be split up at this campsite, however they will do their best to group you together in the same area.
24 September: Pula and Prosciutto Tasting
Today you will journey to the historic town of Pula for a guided tour including entrance to the impressive Arena amphitheatre. On your return journey you will stop in the small town of Vodnjan for a tasting of local prosciutto and handmade dried meats.

25 September: Farewell meal
Tonight you can reminisce over a final farewell meal in the campsite restaurant resort Petalon. Please note dogs are only allowed on the restaurant terrace.
26 September: Free day
Enjoy your last day with a wander into Vrsar or relaxing at the campsite
27 September: Goodbyes
Bid farewell to your rallies as the rally has come to an end.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome and included in the package for an additional cost. Although they are welcome in the restaurants for the organised meals, they are not permitted on the coaches so can not participate on the excursions. 1 person must remain with the dogs at the campsite whilst the group excursions take place, a discount for the 'dog sitter' can be applied providing we reach minimum numbers.

Vignettes are required for all vehicles (up to 3500t) to drive on motorways and toll roads in many European countries. They can be purchased in various petrol stations and toll stations en route.
