The Adria Owners' Club Rally begins at Camping Turiscampo, in the Algarve, and settles into a relaxed rhythm combining free time with carefully chosen excursions that showcase Portugal’s rich landscapes, history and culture.
Highlights in the south include dramatic coastal scenery at Sagres and Cabo de São Vicente, before moving on to the Lisbon region for visits to fairy tale Sintra, the elegant seaside town of Cascais, and Lisbon’s historic Belém district, alongside time to explore the capital at leisure.
The journey continues north to Coimbra, home to one of Europe’s oldest universities, then on to Porto where a guided city walk, Douro River cruise and port wine cellar visit bring the city’s heritage to life.
In the Douro Valley, vineyard-covered hills, a renowned wine estate and the baroque Mateus Palace offer a taste of rural Portugal, before the route heads east through the tranquil landscapes of northern Portugal.
The rally concludes in Salamanca with a guided tour of its celebrated university city, followed by time to enjoy its golden architecture, lively squares and historic streets before a final farewell meal.
The campsites have been selected primarily for their convenient locations, providing easy access to key towns and attractions; as a result, some sites are more basic in nature
