The rally begins on Friday, 13 June, with a 3-course welcome meal at Lodewijk Van Male, where you can enjoy delicious Belgian cuisine in a relaxed setting.
During the week, you can choose from several optional excursions. Explore the historic De Halve Maan Brewery in Bruges, with its 360° rooftop view of the city and a tasting of traditional Belgian beers. In Ghent, enjoy a scenic canal boat tour that showcases the city’s beautiful medieval architecture. A day trip to Ypres offers a poignant visit to the Sanctuary Wood Museum, where you can explore preserved World War I trenches, and ends with the moving Last Post Ceremony at the Menin Gate. You can also immerse yourself in the world of Belgian chocolate at Choco-Story, where you’ll witness a live chocolate-making demonstration and sample some of Belgium’s finest sweets.

The campsite offers modern facilities, including clean sanitary blocks, 10-amp electrical hook up, and a convenient motorhome service area. Saturday 14 June – Brewery Tour
De Halve Maan (The Half Moon) is a historic brewery located in the heart of Bruges. Established in 1856, it is one of the few remaining breweries within the city. Known for its rich brewing heritage, De Halve Maan produces a variety of traditional Belgian beers, including its famous Bruges Zot and Straffe Hendrik.
The tour begins in the brewhouse, where 'het edele nat' is brewed, and continues through various brewing installations used over the centuries. At the top, there is a unique 360° view of Bruges. The tour concludes with a tasting of unfiltered Brugse Zot Blond, Brugse Zot Dubbel, or Straffe Hendrik Tripel.

- 12:00pm: One beer provided, which can be ordered at the bar.
- 12:15pm: 3-course meal, including two drinks of your choice, tap water and tea or coffee.

Monday 16 June – Boat Trip in Ghent
Gent Watertoerist offers scenic boat tours along the beautiful canals of Ghent, providing a unique perspective on the city's historic architecture and picturesque surroundings. This experience allows visitors to relax while enjoying views of some of Ghent’s most famous landmarks, all from the water.
- 09:00am: Coach Collection
- 09:45am: Arrival in Ghent. Why not, visit the historic Patershol neighbourhood for a leisurely morning coffee followed by exploring the narrow and winding cobbled medieval alleyways.
- 12:00pm: Free time for Lunch at a restaurant near the canals.
- 1:30pm: Meet at the Canal and enjoy a Canal Cruise with Gent Watertoerist. Enjoy the guided tour while taking in the sights.

Wednesday 18 June – Day Trip to Ypres
Sanctuary Wood Museum & Cemetery Sanctuary Wood Museum offers an authentic glimpse into World War I, featuring preserved trenches, tunnels, and artefacts from the war. Visitors can explore these historic remnants up close, gaining insight into the daily life of soldiers on the front line. The nearby cemetery honours those who fought and died in the region, providing a solemn reminder of the sacrifices made during the war.
The Menin Gate is a significant World War I memorial located in Ypres, Belgium. It honours more than 54,000 British and Commonwealth soldiers who went missing in action in the Ypres Salient and have no known graves. Every evening at 8 PM, the Last Post ceremony is held beneath the archway to pay tribute to the fallen, making it a powerful and emotional stop on any historical tour of the region. The gate offers a poignant reminder of the sacrifices made during the Great War and is an essential visit.

Friday 20 June – Chocolate Factory
Choco-Story is a museum dedicated to the rich history of chocolate, from its origins with the ancient Mayans to the modern-day production of fine Belgian chocolate. The museum is housed in a charming building and offers an immersive experience where visitors can learn about the evolution of chocolate, its cultural significance, and how it is made.
- 12:00pm: Arrive at the museum for a 1-2 hour visit. Begin by exploring the exhibits, learning about the history and cultural significance of chocolate. (Audio guide)
- 13:30pm: Attend the live chocolate-making demonstration and sample freshly made Belgian chocolates.
- During your visit you will receive a bag of 1/2kg chocolate drops of either white, milk and dark chocolate.
- 14:00pm: Visit the museum shop to purchase some chocolates as souvenirs.

- There are 4 steps at the entrance, with no ramp. There are also several stairs inside and although there is a lift, it does not go to the fourth floor. Electric wheelchairs and walkers are unfortunately not allowed.
