This is our longest rally and will showcase the best that Greece has to offer, set over 35 nights and staying at 8 different campsites it will give you a chance to really explore this magical country and discover some iconic landmarks such as the impressive Acropolis towering over Athens. You will have plenty of time to really soak up the wonderful Greek hospitality, enjoying authentic local cuisine with so many tavernas offering mouth watering local delights.
From Camping Hellas, your third site we have arranged a coach to take you to a traditional village where you can meander through the cobbled streets and if your brave enough try a traditional Greek coffee! The coach will then take you to another beautiful village with an opportunity to walk the Centaurs Path including a delightful lunch sure to satisfy your appetite.
This rally is a great opportunity to spend time away with like minded people and enjoy the variety of organised excursions whilst still having free time to explore further.
- 08 Sep - 11 Sep: Camping Drepano Igoumenitsa (3 nights)
Located on a beautiful peninsula surrounded by lush greenery and close to the sandy beach of Drepano a relaxing picturesque site. From here you can take a boat trip to the island of Corfu.
Evening meal at campsite restaurant.
Enjoy a three course meal including a glass of wine at the sites own restaurant.
- 11 Sep - 15 Sep: Camping Vrachos Kastraki (4 nights)
Camping Vrachos Kastraki is ideally placed to visit this unusual landscape, as it is situated in a valley surrounded by mountains and huge, natural sculptures. This site offers a lovely warm welcome and there is plenty of shade from mature almonds, acacias and poplars. The sites own restaurant offers good value local cuisine.
Excursion to the Meteora Monasteries.
This is an independent excursion booked independently by ralliers or using public transport, a chance to discover the Meteora Monasteries a sight to behold with these amazing buildings hovering in the air.
- 15 Sep - 22 Sep: Camping Hellas (7 nights)
Family run site set in a beautiful 500-year-old olive grove, right next to the beach and the calm blue waters of the Pagasitikos gulf. The sites own restaurant is a traditional Greek taverna serving local seafood and there is also a bar conveniently located next to the beach.
Free time to relax and to visit Volos independently (public transport is available).
Coach Trip to the villages of Makrinitsa and Portaria walking the Centaurs Path and lunch
Depart by coach to the traditional village of Makrinitsa where you can spend a couple of hours wandering through the cobbled streets or stop for a coffee in one of the tavernas or cafes in the tree lined square. Re-join the coach and continue to the village of Portaria, where you can walk the Centaur’s Path followed by a meal at the Hotel Krista in the village.
The Centaur’s Path is a footpath through lush woodland alongside a stream. Please ensure you wear suitable footwear for the walk. The 2.8km walk isn’t challenging, however, there are plenty of benches along the way if you would like a rest. You’ll also find plenty of photo opportunities!
- 22 Sep - 26 Sep: Camping Apollon (4 nights)
Campsite Apollon is located close to ancient Delphi in Central Greece making this a great location to explore. The sites own restaurant offers a full menu to enjoy.

- 26 Sep - 30 Sep: Camping Athens (4 nights)
This site prides itself on friendly Greek hospitality and the site’s restaurant is most welcoming after a day’s sightseeing, and a selection of Greek starters, helped along by cool wine, can be thoroughly recommended.
Free days to visit Athens at your leisure and discover the iconic landmarks, there is a bus stop just outside the campsite.
- 30 Sep - 07 Oct: Camping Triton II (7 nights)
This is an exceptional well managed site with lovely flat pitches, some offering shade. Plenty of tavarnas to choose from within a short stroll, the town with a good mix of shops is just a mile away.
During your stay you can visit Nafplion independently – there is public transport nearby
Organised excursion to the ancient Theatre of Epidavros
An enjoyable excursion to the ancient Theatre of Epidavros, accompanied with an English speaking guide to enhance the trip.
Organised excursion to Ancient Mycenae
A day trip to the Ancient Mycenae with wine tasting followed by a light lunch in the Palivou winery, you will then continue to the Ancient Nemea before returning to the campsite. An English speaking guide will accompany you for the duration.
- 07 Oct - 10 Oct: Camping Diana (3 nights)
This is a pleasant site located very close to the archaeological site of ancient Olympia with its museums and other attractions.
Free time to visit Olympia, which is an easy 800m walk from the campsite.
- 10 Oct - 13 Oct: Camping Melissa (3 nights)
Campsite Melissa is located on the beach in Kástro, West-Greece, situated by the stunning sea. The campsite facilities include a restaurant, which is self-service and a beach bar which offers a selection of snacks. The sanitary facilities are reasonably modern and clean.
Enjoy a traditional 3 course Greek meal with a glass of wine in the campsite restaurant making this a farewell to remember!
