This rally will feature 6 different campsites over 20 nights all set in stunning locations and some with direct beach access. Your first campsite is just on the outskirts of the picturesque harbour town of Honfleur with an amazing selection of restaurants and pastel painted buildings. Next stop is Camping Portland a stylish, well laid out campsite close to the beach and from here you will see the world famous Bayeux tapestry.
Venturing onto the seaside Town of La Tranche-sur-mer to stay on a beach side campsite with a chance to discover beautiful La Rochelle, the Seaside City on the Bay of Biscay, built around its harbour. On wards to a campsite on the stunning island of Oléron where a boat trip will take you on a voyage of discovery.
During your rally we have included 4 meals to tantalise your taste buds and one of these will be from your next site close to the historic town of Royan, this site also has a long stretch of golden sand to enjoy. There are more excursions included in this rally with the grand finale at the Puy de Fou an extremely sort after show and event days which takes in a lavish theatrical extravaganza in a peaceful forest setting, one not to be missed!
- 25 May - 27 May: Camping Briquerie (2 nights)
This site is located close to the picturesque harbour town of Honfleur, with its colourful architecture and plenty of restaurants to choose from. It has a great pool complex and modern, clean facilities.
- 27 May - 31 May: Camping Portland (4 nights)
A very friendly, attractive well planned campsite that offers a stylish modern bar and restaurant offering good quality local fare. Close to the historic town of Bayeux with its captivating mix of unique shops and restaurants. On your first evening you can enjoy welcome drinks and nibbles.
We have two excursions arranged during your time on this site:
Excursion to the Landing Museum and beaches including lunch
Friday 28 May
An excursion to the Landing Museum and historic beaches, included is a 3 course lunch and ¼ ltr wine. After lunch you will visit the American cemetery Colleville sue Mer and a chance to take in the view across the sea from Pointe du Hoc the lookout point to the landing beaches.
Excursion to Bayeux with entrance to the medieval tapestry
Saturday 29 May
Visit Bayeux with entrance included to explore the medieval tapestry museum, a free afternoon to enjoy the town and have lunch in one of the many restaurants.
- 31 May - 04 Jun: Camping Baie d`Aunis (4 nights)
Situated close to the popular seaside town La Trance-sur-mer this is a delightful campsite with direct beach access through a private gate from the site.
Day excursion to La Rochelle
Wednesday 2 June
A coach will pick you up from the campsite for a day trip to the coastal City of La Rochelle, there is a 2 hour guided tour arranged so you can familiarise yourself with the area before your free time left to enjoy the lovely harbour with its great selection of restaurants to choose from.
Thursday 3 June
Enjoy a group evening meal in the campsite restaurant to include a glass of wine.
- 04 Jun - 08 Jun: Airotel Oléron (4 nights)
A friendly, family run campsite that offers good sized pitches that are well laid out with mature tress and attractive shrubs. Easy to get to from the mainland with a road bridge access to the island.
We have organised an exciting sea adventure from this site which will take you across to another island with time to explore.
Excursion by boat from I’le de Oléron (Boyardville)
Sunday 6 June
A trip by boat from I’le de Oléron (Boyardville) Cruising past the Fort Boyard, to the I’le de Aix. Free time on the I’le de Aix to find a nice place to lunch and take a stroll before returning by boat to the I’le de Oléron.
Monday 7 June
Enjoy your evening meal in the town of Chateau d’Oleron, Restaurant du Port which is about a 20 minute stroll from the campsite.
- 08 Jun - 11 Jun: Campeole Clairefontaine (3 nights)
Located on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Royan this site offers a high standard of well maintained facilities. Its proximity is great for exploring the long stretch of golden sands or take a visit to a nearby casino.

Enjoy a group evening meal in the pretty town of Royan at Le Calumet
Steam train excursion:
Friday 11 June
Journey by coach to the small town of Mornac, classified as one of the ‘beautiful villages of France’ for a wander around the narrow streets lined with ancient houses. Enjoy some free time with a spot of lunch before joining the steam train at 15h15 and travelling through the countryside to the town of Chaillevette. Alight the train and join your coach for the return journey to the campsite.
- 11 Jun - 15 Jun: Puy du Fou Aire (4 nights)
Saturday 12 June: 3 nights
The Puy du Fou Aire is an independent campsite that we are unable to reserve. You just turn up and pay for your stay when you arrive using the automated pay machines. The package price includes a 3 day pass to the Puy du Fou and the evening Cinéscéniee performance on 12 June.
Please arrive at the Cinéscénie 1 hour before the start of the performance.
Please note the tickets to the Cinéscénie are limited allocated on a first come first served basis. Please contact us for further details.
